These Terms & Services govern your use of printing and related services provided by JSS Prints (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 2F Opposite Gali No. 15, Dhobi Ghat Road, New Rishi Nagar, Hisar. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

JSS Prints provides flex printing, vinyl printing, digital printing, one-way vision, frosted film, stationery, branding materials, and related design and finishing services. Service availability may vary based on equipment, materials, and workload.
All prices shared via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website are estimates unless confirmed in writing. An order is confirmed only after you approve the quote, artwork, specifications (size, material, quantity), and any advance payment if required.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of artwork, logos, images, and text you supply. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for printing.
We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied files. A final preview or approval may be requested before production. Once approved, responsibility for content accuracy transfers to the customer.
Prices depend on material, size, finishing, urgency, and quantity. Applicable taxes or delivery charges will be communicated before confirmation.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to machine maintenance, material availability, weather, or force majeure events.
Delivery within Hisar and nearby areas may be arranged for an additional fee. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Please inspect your order at receipt and report visible damage immediately.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may still apply for materials and labour used.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed at our discretion for errors caused solely by JSS Prints. Colour variation, minor trimming differences, and issues arising from low-resolution customer files are not grounds for a full refund.
We aim for high-quality output on every job. If you believe there is a production defect caused by us, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. Approved claims may be reprinted or adjusted at our discretion.
Slight colour differences between screen previews and final prints are normal due to monitor settings, ink, and material type.
Designs created by JSS Prints remain our intellectual property unless full rights are transferred in writing. Customer-provided trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSS Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, event delays, or third-party claims arising from printed materials or delayed delivery.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
Contact details and order information are used only to process your request, communicate about your order, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may update these Terms & Services from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
